I've seen reference to the ability to change the background and colors of the controls. Where is this located and is it one size fits all or can members individually select choices?

Eric -- There is no such groups.io feature. The only thing I've seen posted that might serve to address this are Chrome browser themes.

The nearest thing I've seen mentioned is with an Enterprise group - "Fully customizable home page"
