I'm really confused on the premium topic.
Here's all I want to know and I can't find answers.
1.? What do I have now free or prime
2.? Believe it is prime and decided if so want to keep it
3.? How do I update my credit card info

Looking at your home page, you have email entries dating from 2011. This suggests you paid for Premium last year and did the Yahoo migration.

You can confirm this by pulling down the Admin menu on the left-side menuy bar. If there is a "Billing" section below that, you're still on Premium. If it says "Upgrade" instead, you've been downgraded to Basic.

2.? Believe it is prime and decided if so want to keep it
If you're on the legacy Premium plan, this should cost you another $110. If you went to Premium after 10/22/2019 (i.e.: you're not on the legacy plan), it will be $220.

3.? How do I update my credit card info
It's at?/account?page=billing?
?
If your card info is up to date -- and you didn't purposely downgrade your group -- you should remain at Premium and be automatically billed for another year.

You should have received an email to this effect two weeks prior to your expiration date. Did you?

Hope this helps,
Bruce

Bottom line all is now okay...tnx for your help.

this is nonsense, not what I was told, In fact, I told the fee would be refunded after a time.

How can I lose this $220 fee for this group that I never active in and took it over so it wouldn't die after the owner was nowhere to be found. How I lose this fee, or greatly reduce it? Navigating the "help" guide is a nightmare.

I may be in a minority of one but I cannot see "what" is nonsense; neither can I guess at the full version of what you were told.

That's not what was said.? You were told that you can downgrade the group after the first year. Actually, you can downgrade at any time, but it won't be effective until the paid time is used.

Just change the group plan to Basic at any time and you won't need to pay again.
