Can't approve a message

One of my groups members, who is approved for posting messages, has edited one of his posts.? Groups says I need to approve and unmoderate the post.? When I try to do this i get the circle with a slash symbol, universal 'you can't do that' and the post remains needing approval before being sent.
I tried just approving it, without also unmoderating.? Tried doing and edit myself then approving.? Nothing works Just? a few innocuous phrases, about 3 sentences and a picture, which was there in the original post. Any Ideas on how to get this approved? Thanks, Gregg |

If so, let us know, as that seems like a bug...a non-compliant message should never make it to moderation. ? Have you tried deleting it, instead of approving it? ¿ªÔÆÌåÓýI found two setting that may be the culprit. Attachments were set to Moderate.? Changed to allow. ¡®Allow photos in messages¡¯ check box was to not checked.? It is now.? We¡¯ll see what happens. Tried to approve and it still doesn¡¯t approve.?? Might be a bug. ? Some kind of error message would be helpful in this type of situation.? Groups says I need to approve and unmoderate the post. When I try toIf you're looking at the message in the Pending list, it needs a check mark in the box before the buttons are enabled. That's bitten me more than a few times. If you've opened the pending message then I've no idea how that could happen.
