might just be that the picture in the email in question is sufficient to take your group over its storage limit. I suggest that you check the amount of storage that your group has already used up to see if it is full or extremely close to full.
If that is the case then I suggest you check the following setting:
Admin > Settings > Message Policies > (scroll down)
Storage limit reached. What is it set to? Make sure it is set to
Delete Old Attachments. Don't forget to scroll to the bottom of the page and click on
Update group.
As stated above this may be a long shot but it's worth trying for all the time it will take.
