Groups.io having issues with Tin.it #bouncedemails

 

I have a member saying he cannot send to the groups.io address. He has an Italian tin.io extension.
Would there be any know issues or workarounds?

Would there be any know issues or workarounds?

?Have a look in your group's Activity log for bounced messages corresponding to his attempted posts. You may find that he was sending from a non-subscribed address or that there was something else amiss.

If nothing there, have him CC you (at a non-group address) on his next attempt to post. If a copy arrives at your inbox but not at the group, you can double-check that he spelled the group's posting address correctly (and again that he was sending from a subscribed address).
