Re: Changing Email Address /Ownership
Why change email addresses?

Make your other email address an Owner of the group, so both email addresses will be Owners. You could then remove the first email address, but why not just set it to No Email if you don't want to receive messages at both Accounts. This way you would be taking no 'risk'. Well? an interesting question.? Yesterday, when I submitted this,? I was using an iPhone SE (1st Gen), but later in the day I upgraded to an iPhone 12 mini.?
So today with the iPhone 12.? if I hold the phone in portrait mode (vertically), I don't see a way to get to the second page.? I also don't see the bottom line of the page - About, Features, Pricing, etc.? ? But if I turn the phone to landscape mode, I do have the link to the second page, plus the About, Features, Pricing line. However I turned on my iPhone SE and it doesn't matter which way I orient the screen.? The link and the bottom line are not visible. I am assuming that the member first reporting the problem has an older model. To test further, I logged in on my wife's iPhone 8, and again the link is not visible no matter which way I orient the phone.? ? So there is some issue with 'older' iPhones. Charlie |

Changing Email Address /Ownership
Hi, I am the owner of a group that has several subgroups.
My email address as owner is xxxx@.... I also have an account xxxx@... I need to change everything to @mcguireprogramme.com. Can I just change the email address of my account at xxx@...? to @mcguireprogramme.com. Q:? When I go to my @mcguireprogram account and go to change my email it says I will have to reconfirm my email.? As I already have an account with @mcguireprogramme.com will that mess up me changing my email in any way??? I cannot lose ownership of the groups. Thank you in advance, Maria |

¿ªÔÆÌåÓýI¡¯m trying to add members to a new basic group. Initially I added about 10 email addresses and that worked. Now the only way I can add is to have the member send an email to <groupname>[email protected]. I only have about 24 members at present? ? What am I doing wrong? ? Thanks ? Cal Rich |

ENUF OWNERs
I've seen a few great ownerless lists. But they pale and fade w/o an owner.
One had.3 owners. 2 died within a.month of each other. I PLEADED.with the remaining owner/list-originator to appt the single Mod until she returned from her planned month longntrip. "When I return." You might say she never returned. Her email was hacked, despite being a hugely experienced traveler.? NEVER get caught with 1 owner. SEALS have a saying; TWO IS ONE. ONE IS NONE. Live by it! In some lists, noone volunteers. I pick someone and "appoint/knight/crown" them, in this case. NOONE says No. I tell them that they may be a spare key if a piece of the sky falls.on me... and in which case, IMMEDIATELY DO AS I DID. So far, all do the very few approvals required, when I don't beat them to it. Past 25, GET a coowner. Past 100, get a Mod or coowner. Add instrutions to crown the Mod upon suspicion of a death. 2-400, add a Mod. They needn't DO anything, if / they desire/d.? "SPARE KEY!" That's your necessary mantra. Immediate backup! One is NONE...! BillSF9c |
