?I believe it would show up in the pending member?'s Email Delivery History as either successful or Unsuccessful. The fact that they applied would show in the Activity log, but I don't think it has a separate entry for the fact of sending the Pending Subscription notice - that's automatic.

Go to Admin->Settings->Message Policies. There is a "Reply To" pull-down menu. Make sure it says "Group," then click the blue "Update Group" button at the bottom of the page. Now click on your name (or email address) at upper right and select "Account." Click the Preferences tab at left. At the bottom of the page there is a checkbox that says "I always want copies of my own messages." Uncheck that, and click the "Update Preferences" button. ? How were the accounts added?? Direct Add, Invite, web signup?? What's the name of the group (so we can look at the home page and see the group settings)?
Have the added addresses been confirmed (do not show NC in members list)? Thanks |

In general, a 2.xxx.yyy code means things are hunky dory, a 4.xxx.yyy means you may need to try later, and a 5.xxx.yyy means the messages aren't getting through.

The group can't read them from the site. They have to save them to their computer in order to read them. They can't be updated or changed. New Files - words cannot be added. You only get the shell - name of file and short description area. No place to write what the file should say. ? The only thing they can be used for is the owner/moderator can open them. Change them. Save the changes and then copy and paste them to become a MEMBER NOTIFICATION. ? Once that is done, really the only thing I can see is the files can be deleted. -------------------------------------------- I really don?t understand what you are talking about. In my group the files are our treasure. We have all our research and other scientific information stored in our files in form of pdfs, word and text documents. Every member has access to them. Opening them via word or other text programs they are readable to everyone. They can be printed.

Have you checked the other accounts to see if they're set for Individual Messages?? Are you sending the message to the group address and not the +owner address?

Looks like this list member is going to have to join using another email address and lose her message history.
