Easy to do! Go to Admin, Settings. You will see Group Title, Email address, and then Group Description. After editing, scroll down to Update Group. Try not to put too much on your homepage. Use a

It sounds like a login problem with her phone. The Daily Summary contains only links to new topics. Clicking those links should get you right in, if you're already logged in. If you're not already

No fix, just an observation or two - There is an "ico" group but that has only 2 members and has never had any traffic (created 2020 and public archive is still empty). Also the quoted error message

For a group used by a Board or committee, you can delete old messages if they are no longer necessary. And you can download the message archive for future reference. It would be useful to be available
