Is your group set so that non-members can send emails and be moderated? In Admin, Settings, Message Policies Allow Nonmembers to Post Messages from nonmembers will be moderated instead of rejected.

I have had this problem periodically with Outlook since the last presidential election, and it took a long time telling Outlook some of the emails it put in my Spam folder were actually good emails.
