cannot add a new member
I have not succeeded in adding a new member to our groups.io. I have tried invite, & also he emailed to the +owner without success. Help please.

There is no way to modify it. Yes. For legal reasons, the invitation must include certain information and give the invitee an opportunity to opt out. Groups.io cannot assume you will include that in
