Try selecting the "Remove other reply options" checkbox in your group Settings and see if that helps. People will still be able to send private replies (there's no way to completely eliminate that)

I believe it means that the Sanesecurity program ( https://sanesecurity.com/support/documentation/ ) decided that the message was a fake/phishing attempt.? There's no way to get the digest now.?

Anything that shows on your Email Delivery History page will be messages that Groups.io sent out, bouncing or unsuccessful.? If you're only concerned about bounces, you can look on your account
