You can't. Your best bet is to check the online message archive for posts that occurred around that timeframe.
Digests are generated and sent by email on a subscription-by-subscription basis, starting at #1 (i.e.: the first digest after you switched to that form of delivery) and incrementing by one each time. Thus, your Digest #2427 might be my Digest #2.
As for which messages they contain, that's determined largely by your time zone, but also any Advanced Preferences that appear in your Subscription, topics you may have followed/muted, etc.
As such, digests cannot be linked to or otherwise reconstructed.
