Thanks Frances, I thought I had done this. But checked and 'strip all different fonts and colours from html emails' was ticked!? Don't know if that happened with an update, but all sorted now. FYI

Check Admin, Settings. Message Formatting: Force HTML Emails Make all emails HTML and remove the plain text digest option. Normalize HTML Emails Strip all different fonts and colors from HTML emails.
