Frances, I don't think checking the "Send this message as a special notice" box would cause the message to require moderation. That would be up to your Posting Privileges and the group's Moderated

Chris, I don't see that as better, what are you trying to convey? I suppose it could be that the phrase "Email Link" might be read as a compound noun rather than as an action "Email" and object "Link
