You can invite everyone at once.? There may be a small delay before they actually get sent if it requires approval.? It's used as a spammer preventative.? It only occurs when there are more than 20

The check box can't be disabled, but all other columns can.? Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the identifier of the column you don't want to see.? The page will refresh and you can hide
