In Windows, hold down the Alt key and press the Print Screen key. This will copy the current window contents into your clipboard. Open your favorite image editor, paste the clipboard contents into a new image, and save, preferably as a JPEG.?

In the online message editor, click on the paperclip icon in the menu bar to attach the resulting file to a message.?If sending by email, use whatever your email client uses to attach something. Some email clients will also allow you to paste clipboard contents directly into a message, so this could also be an option.
