Now, as for Cox, what an awful ISP. My heart goes out to those who use them. I ran the analyzer routine that someone posted and sure enough, the error message points to Cox as delaying the emails. And they do not allow whitelisting, so that's a dead end. If this problem gets resolved on their end, I'd be surprised. Their CS representative was not at all helpful to my member, either.
