This is normal behavior for transfer to a subgroup.? Once you get the primary group transfer started (without the files), I'd probably wait a couple of days and then go ahead and initiate the files

Beth, Exclude the files from this transfer, unless you want copies in the primary as well as the specific subgroup. If your group has more than 1000 members it is easiest to do this from the Groups.io

Thanks Bruce, the issue is solved. Apparently for some reason, a setting in Firefox flipped to "Save". Prior to that is was "Open" in the browser.? I believe the TOE did something to make that
