You can ban the member. After you select the New Members Moderate checkbox, the Unmoderate After list appears. Select an option from the list to specify whether new members automatically are no longer moderated after they send one approved message or after they send two, three, or four consecutive approved messages.
Or you can select Not enabled (which is at the top of the list of number of messages - the Unmoderate After list) to keep new members moderated until you decide to unmoderate them manually (see Managing members). Frances ?

If someone wants to DM you more than twice a day you'll have to share your email address with them. Of course, subscribers can also contact group admins via the +owner address. Private Messages Limited to 2 per Day
Hi,
One of our members received the message below when they tried to send a third DM to me in a single day. I've looked in the forum Admin panel but can't find a setting that appears to change this. Do I have control over the number of DMs that can be sent each day and, if so, how can I change it? Many thanks, Peter |
