Probably not a bug.? The formatting bar doesn't show up if the original message/notice was in plain text.? I'd see if I could create new notices of those types that are formatted, then delete the

Is her domain iinet.com.au? If so, they seem to be bouncing all groups.io emails right now. She needs to contact her provider and complain about their failure to deliver desired emails. See also

It's not just subgroups Mike. If the person is a member of several groups then he may have different profiles set for each. So if the group profile has been set, an edit to his master profile may not
