Problem receiving io group mail

I just received a help message form a member of a group I am a member of.? She is unable to receive any mail from any io group she is is since 27 January,?
She has an Australian email address,? I say this in case there is a specific situation Down Under. Thanks for any information I might be able to pass along Have a grand day Alyssia
