As an administrator or owner of the group, why not post a topic to the group and ask if the member is still there but under another email address?? You may find that she unsubscribed, but subscribed

Is there a way to turn this off?? If I Direct Add people, they get both that message and the Welcome Message.? Our Welcome Message is sufficient.
