Cannot upgrade the account. #upgrade

I have a project with the premium subscription.? Our credit card was compromised and I updated with a new card.? In the meantime Groups.io downgraded me to the free version.? I added the new card but the system is not picking up the new card and I am stuck in the free version.? I cannot upgrade, nobody at Groups is monitoring the phone number shown on the invoice and nobody responds to [email protected]?email account.? I need to upgrade to enterprise but cannot do it.? I need some help here but nobody seems to be home.??

Go to the groups.io home page at?
On the left-side menu bar, pull down the Hashtags menu and select "Followed"
On the resulting page, click the "Follow a New Hashtag" link at upper right
Enter the desired information into the resulting form fields and click the +Follow button

Hope this helps,

The only info available is what you see. Except you can add notes like surname.

I am not sure what happens if you download the list after you have added notes for a member.?

Frances

What I would do is, download the member list. This is in CSV format, which makes it easy to import into your favorite spreadsheet program. I would then use the spreadsheet column to split the name column on the middle space. This assumes that the data is regular, that is that everyone has a first and last name and that those are properly inputted into the membership list. Once I had the column split into two, I would then sort the spreadsheet on the last name column.

Best,

Glenn

Re: Monthly reminder member notice sent "from" group address

Thanks for the suggestion. I created a hashtag with the "Reply To" option set to reply to owner. I want members to be able to reply to the person(s) responsible for the monthly reminder message, and locking the message would prevent that.

This hashtag approach is clever, but it feels like an awkward workaround to me. Only owners/moderators can set up member notices in the first place, so why not set the "from" address accordingly. I would be interested to hear why the monthly reminder feature was designed to be sent this way.

Thanks again,

Put a hashtag on it with the "Locked" and "Use by Mods Only" flags set.

Is there a member notices setting I've overlooked?
You can set up a member notice of type Group Guidelines that goes out every month on the 1st. Be sure to make it Active.

However, if you want to keep people from replying to it, you'll still have to set these same flags on the #guidelines hashtag.

Hope this helps,

The Directory is an index of member profiles.
?
A member's profile will be visible in the Directory only if:
?
-- they create a profile and choose to share it (Subscription->Group Profile->Edit Group Profile->Profile Privacy*), and,
-- group settings under Privacy->Member Directory is set to Members, OR
-- the person viewing the Directory has Owner/Moderator privileges.?
?
Accounts that are bouncing (B status badge), or whose email address is not confirmed (NC), also do not appear in the Directory.
?
The content of a member's profile can be anything they choose to put in it. Group Owners and Moderators cannot edit user profiles.

Having looked at your group I see that you posted on it a couple of hours ago. Have you "lost ownership" since then?

You're either logged in with the wrong account or a co-owner has removed you.
