If it's not abused, it may.? Mark has disabled it a couple of times when people were deleting gobs of topics.? He said it isn't optimized, so puts a strain on the system when used excessively.?

That certainly was a great step in the right direction. It protects the current Owner(s) from being usurped by any Moderator, but still can allow a Moderator to do anything an Owner can do except
