Trista -- Toby and Duane are both correct, assuming you haven't disabled it. To set it up: -- Go to Admin>Settings>Message Policies. Using the pull-down menu, set the group default "Reply To" setting

Maybe, if the default setting is Reply To Group.? If the group is set to Reply to Sender, the button will say Group Reply.? Neither button will show if the Remove Other Reply Options is checked in

Nick, What you're seeing is the sender email encoded inside an email address fabricated by groups.io when it sends out the post.? The "@" symbol can't be used in the username part so it is replaced
