Re: Downgrading a group
Deleting his membership didn¡¯t change anything. ?I guess I¡¯ll have to put in a card while taking payer (may use a debit card with a buck or 2 on it) then delete it and drop to Basic that way.

Re: Downgrading a group
That won't delete his account though.? I'm not sure if the system will allow a non-member, or even a non-mod/owner, to pay for a group, but I guess it's possible if he set it up for autopay.? It's

Re: Downgrading a group
I¡¯ll likely delete him from the group before the payment is due. ?Hmm. ?I wonder if I should do that and see what happens. ?I think I¡¯ll do that.

Yes, it's awkward.? After entering the CC, you'll be set as a payor.? I think at that point you want to change the group to Basic to prevent an automatic charge attempt.? Then you go to your

Re: Downgrading a group
I don't think you can change his payment information. As far as seeing the Billing info, do you see "Note: To make plan changes, you must first set yourself as payor." in the Billing Overview box??

Thanks, Shal No doubt it will straighten itself out in the fullness of time! It was just a "perfectionist thing". BTW: The footer I received from you was the "text format". Cheers Bruce Fairhall

Re: Footers
Bruce F, It won't if you also have Plain Text only set. I was wrong about that. Absent Plain Text Only, it is supposed to convert the incoming message to HTML, causing the HTML footer to be appended.

Re: Photo Move
Gene, just curious - could you not repurpose the group you have the photos in for your new group? That would save moving them. I guess it depends on how many messages are in your "old" group. Frances
