It does mean that now, depending on your group settings, someone could send a very large attachment to your email. See the first bit of this wiki page about attachments.

I fixed it and so I cant take a screen shot because it is gone. It was in the list of my groups. When I went to the settings in subscription I saw it had a limit for attachments for this group. I just

A means there is a maximum set for attachment size for email delivery to you. See this list of status badges in the GMF wiki.
