Um, yes. There should be. Enter the subgroup, open that person's member record (Admin>Members), and change his entry using the radio buttons in the Email Delivery block.

If this is the problem, Apple users can delete the old YG email address from their Apple email program. In Window, Previous Recipients. Just delete the old address there. It won't automatically fill
