Lavon, I'm not sure exactly what you mean by "on hold", but if you're referring to group messages being sent to them by email the only thing you can do is change a group setting so that no one can

Theo, It isn't the name that makes a hashtag suppress email distribution. It is a property of the hashtag. Go to the Hashtag page in your group, pick the hashtag you want to use for this purpose and

That's the problem! The only thing checked under Spam Control is Restricted Membership. There is no checkmark in either Moderated or New Users Moderate, so I shouldn't be getting the emails to allow
