As a work around I made a hashtag, red in color and named it “Admin”. It works to draw attention. Plus, any questions on the topic I can say “check the messages with the red hashtag”.

Ann, Possibly. Or maybe "doubtful". There is a "Group by conversation" feature in Yahoo Mail, so that might confuse them if they weren't used to it. But it seems unlikely that they would have changed
