That stripping/reformatting can be done without too much difficulty in a spreadsheet program for many thousands of addresses. You do need to know how to use certain text manipulating formulae though.

Janice, It should be listed as the very first album, not alphabetically (or by date) with the rest. If it truly isn't there despite having some emailed photos in your messages that's probably a bug

Al, That's an obsolete format for including a comment with an address (rfc5322 section 3.4). "Alan Robbins" <Alan1057@...> That's the current standard for including a display-name with an address
