PGOffline provides a way to obtain a personal copy of the group for your own purposes. However, you cannot transfer your message archive to groups.io and reboot a dead group that way. PGOffline cannot

I'm assuming you're trying to upload a list of invitees. The file has to be a plain text file in the same format as if you had typed the addresses into the Email Addresses box immediately above,
