I happen to be secretary/treasurer of a club with a group here.? We have the President, VP, and me as owners. (I also have a plain member account.)? We'll have elections for Pres & VP this year, so I'll change those 4 memberships appropriately (though probably only 3 in reality.)? I'm in for another year, so can stick around.? When I'm no longer Sec, I can stick around as technical adviser if they want , but I'd plan on adding the new one and bowing out.? We've handled it this way for about 12 years and it's worked well for us.
