Hi Rosalee! For free groups, you are allowed 1 gb of storage. I have an Incredimail group. I have learned that the best thing to do to prevent buildup of space on the server is to go into your admin to settings and disable photos because everything because everything with graphics attached has the graphics automatically dumped into a folder in photos. Also in the admin, there is place under Message Formatting in the admin that you can set to "delete old attachments". Those two settings will help. --
