No emails, so that they would still have web access. You have brought a "third way" into the discussion, and as Duane states it is a route that could lead to all sorts of trouble.
Not a good idea IMHO.
Whatever happens there has to be something that stops emails being sent to members where there has been a "spam" marker until such time as something has been done by that member to sort things out.Your idea doesn't address that.
