Ah. I forgot about the templates. What did you change on the template to avoid getting the double and triple blank lines when pasting messages into email?
I¡¯m not sure I can get people to modify a template but perhaps if I know what you did, I can figure out alternative instructions. We ask people to paste in proposals and minutes because not everyone can or will open attachments. Word¡¯s formatting makes screens and screens of text that is hard to follow.
