I'd guess there's about a 99% probability that it's a problem with your email service.? Unless it's moderated, a post should show up within a minute or so of being sent.? Next time one gets delayed

In Topics view, click on the little down-arrow next to the message and select "Edit Subject." On that page you can fix the subject line and hashtags.? From this screen you can also moderate or lock
