Hi Anita,
When you are on the Members list page, click on the down arrow at the right of the Members button at the top of the list.? Select Bouncing and the list below will switch to bouncing members only.?
Bouncing members (B) in Blue are still being probed by the system.? When the B is Red, the system has given up trying. If you want to see the bounce history, click on a bouncing member's email address, then click on the Email Delivery History button.
