I just ran into this about a week ago. The member no longer shows on the Member page, but they're not removed from the group. They now only show up on the Bouncing page. Having them unbounce themselves will return them to the Members page. You may need to send a Bounce probe. This is different than it used to be where they were still on the Member page, but had a B next to their email address. I find it a bit confusing, but not really a problem since I now understand how it works.
