Mark investigated everything he possibly could and was unable to
determine the problem. So I’m not sure what you’re trying to say?

I'm saying that if the message appears in the pending member's Email Delivery History one needn't bother Mark - you know what happened to the notice, one way or the other.

The only thing you don't know is why the would-be member can't find it. And that is unknowable, even by Mark, without the ability to inspect the server logs of the would-be member's email service (or his/her mind).
