Not sure why this is addressed to me. In the cases in my group where the notice went into a black hole, the message was not in the members¡¯ spam folders, Mark investigated everything he possibly could and was unable to determine the problem. So I¡¯m not sure what you¡¯re trying to say?

I'm not sure how long it took for the Email Delivery History page to
be updated to show the message,? but sometime in the last 24-hours.
So in this case I know that the Pending Subscription notification
was delivered, and so could confidently tell the would-be member to
look in their Spam, Trash, or wherever.
