My group is a bunch of old ladies (50 and older). They're not going to use a wiki to find files. To them, files should be in the files, not in the wiki. I'm not trying to be difficult, I just know my ladies.

The Wiki feature gives you that ease. But I see Mark already suggested that (beta@#6961).
/g/beta/thread/803822One writes a page using the same editing tool (with formatting buttons) as is used for creating a message (New Topic or Reply). The main difference is that the Wiki pages don't come with any folders or other hierarchy. The default is just a list of the existing pages, but you can create a home page for the Wiki that organizes the other pages any way that you see fit. See GMF's Wiki for an example of a handmade Wiki home page.
