I am experiencing many of the same problems?since and need help as soon as possible.? I am Owner/Moderator of 3 groups and can't locate the ADMIN button.? It doesn't appear.

More than likely in your case, you're logged in with a different email address than the one who's the owner.

Go to and go to your account settings, on the blue bar at the upper right of screen, is the address shown in there the correct owner one? If not, you need to log out and log back in with the correct address.
