Me, too. I meant to add a comment like that to my own "testimonial." Mark always responds politely and immediately to my "bug reports" (sic) explaining, when it turns out that I've done something stupid and there's no bug, things like "Hi, J, I see that you unmoderated that person this morning, which might explain why their message didn't go through pending" or whatever. I can't count how many times I've had to write back, "Thanks, Mark! D'oh!"
