Hello Adrien,

To make someone a moderator, go to members under the Admin section.? After you click on members, click on the member you want to make moderator.? You will see a section about half way down the page after you click on the member that says role.? Click on the down arrow, select moderator, go to the bottom of the page and save.

As for repeating every month group rules, I believe that has to be schedule through the calendar.? Someone else can probably help you better than I can with that.
