Thanks so much for your response and I think we're in better shape now. the new applicant did indeed have anon-standard email client. We also had our Invite instruction email telling them to send a new email to a certain address to [groupname]
[email protected]? which I now think is inaccurate.
I found that in fact all they should do is directly reply to the invite email to get the entire address string as you mentioned.? I've re-worded our invite message to clarify the reply process and hoping this will fix it.? Thanks again!
