You can delete your messages from the group.

Choose Delete Message.

Perhaps you can persuade that group owner to change to private archive. Then you won't need to leave the group. Just delete your old messages.

However, it seems that your own group has the same setting - a public archive. Fix that.
(I am assuming that this is your group: ?/g/ham?) If it is not, sorry. Ignore that.?
Or if you own another group on Groups.io, check the homepage of your group.

You want: ??Archive is visible to members only.
