We are trying to move a large a number of emailing lists to Groups.io, and wanted to ask you:
- For the custom domain, what is the usual time needed for Groups.io to do the switch, once we change the Name Servers? Is this a few hours or a few days?
- Changing logo + homepage - Again, what is the usual time this takes, once we email all the files to support?
I've emailed support, but so far we have not received an answer, so any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Also, are there any other channels that we can use to reach support?
