Custom domain & other enterprise features #askmembers

 

Hi everyone,

We are trying to move a large a number of emailing lists to Groups.io, and wanted to ask you:
  • For the custom domain, what is the usual time needed for Groups.io to do the switch, once we change the Name Servers? Is this a few hours or a few days?
  • Changing logo + homepage - Again, what is the usual time this takes, once we email all the files to support?

I've emailed support, but so far we have not received an answer, so any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Also, are there any other channels that we can use to reach support?

Mark is on vacation until Feb 23, so that may be the delay, ? I believe he assigns highest priority to Enterprise groups though.? There are few, if any, Enterprise owners here, so our advice may be limited.

Thank you Duane, I wasn¡¯t aware that Mark is away until the 23rd, so you might be right about the delay!
