Well, the simple kludge is that
> non-member posts will require moderator approval even if the list is set for non-moderation.?
> So the non-member posts will appear to moderated-evaluated in the owner & moderator mailbox
> So they can see the message and do whatever they want with it, but not approve it so it doesn't go to the group at large
